The superintendent, the new ESE executive director and the school board need to take this Evergreen report more seriously and dedicate more time to it. 110 recommendations were made in the May 2014 report by Evergreen Solutions of Tallahassee. Here is a crazy but smart idea... Maybe if you play audio books in school buses during the morning commute instead of music, kids will find more interest in books and improve vocabulary. Test scores will skyrocket and teachers will be happy!
