The optometrist are very good. Spot on with treatment and very nice. But the front desk women are rude and snobish. The three you have to talk to when you come in are the worst. Other than that great place.

I came here with both earpieces missing from my frames, the staff was incredibly considerate and helpful. I was able to get an exam, new frames and another pair of glasses for my updated prescription all within an hour. The glasses themselves were also very affordable.

Broome Optical has the best staff from the time walk in to the time you walk out. Everyone is courteous and very knowledgeable. I am so glade I I go to Broome Optical to see Dr. Lisa O'Brien. So if you want five star service go to Broom Optical.
