Groomers are nice, but my cat had to wait 4 hours before getting groomed. I was originally told it would only take 3 hours at most, but when I didn't recieve a call 4 hours later, I went in to check on her and found her sitting in the dog grooming area in her cage. She was really stressed out being around strange dogs with lots of barking going on. They also left her in the same area when she was coming off of the ketamine sedation. It took about 5 hours total and I droped her off early.
