We love Broadstone Coronado. Aside from the construction for all the renovations on the older units and the price tag for each rental, we really enjoy living here! Amenities are awesome and it's right on the Coronado bay. If you're new to the area I definitely suggest checking them out!

I just love how well these apartments are presented and how beautiful the floor plans are. In all the videos I have seen that display property I have not seen any that display each floor plan individually. I also love the location of these apartments, the water front is so calming , but the activity of the restaurants and stored make it feel alive at the same time. I would highly recommend to...

Looks like a war zone!!!!! Alliance now changed the name to Broadstone Coronado.. I'm sure ex aping old reviews.. Now we are in to the 6th month of renovation, dust every where. Dust tracks in to you unit daily. Nails in the parking lot. Busy construction work every day of the week. Daily water outages, loud workers, temp fencing every where.
