This is the worst property management team ever. I've lived here for 4 years and since Greystar Management has taken over they have the worst service ever!!!!! After being renter's tor 4 months, I couldn't do it anymore first of all it is high over priced, second we had complaints constantly for no reason, we would get sent emails about we couldn't vacuum at a certain time of they day, as well as not being able to do my laundry in my OWN apartment at it certain time, if I want to was my drawers early in the morning or late at night when I have time, I...

It's been great living here, i have no noise issues at all because i live on the 3rd floor, it's gated and the buildings are accessible only by residents so its pretty safe, i have a garage so i always have a parking. The front officer staff are very polite and helpful, maintenance responds fast and fixes the issues immediately, i would renew my lease if the rent increase isn't a lot.

These apartments have the worst maintnance the inside of the buildings are always trashy and dirty. Its horrible how you can hear a conversation through the walls. The service is just as bad they tell you one thing and then another starting with the manager, and they will refuse to give you there coproate office number numerous of times.
I highly recommend looking somewhere else they dont know...
