Brighter Dental Care

This office is horrible. I told my nurse I was in pain and she told me that wasn’t her problem. Once I left I tried to call for a second appointment and had to talk to 4 different people who had no knowledge of anything under my file. I was told that I couldn’t get x-rays done. This facility is trash. That must be the reason why they don’t keep employees long. I recommend simply beautiful...

Brighter dental is terrible! First they lie on the phone about what the charges will be...then u get to the office and they are so rude ...not on time and quote u the most expensive options and don't even talk about other options....then 'the surgeon' who is suppose to pull your tooth isn't there and u have to make another appt in another office ...then u go there and 5 times he tries to pull...

Take your business elsewhere. I had a root canal last year and was given a crown that did not fit properly. When I went back they admitted they gave me a poor fit and scheduled another appointment for someone to look it at. The front desk staff can never work with you and the office manager is always in a bad mood with a bad attitude and also it seems like you have to work around their schedule they won't work with you. Would not recommend this place
