Bright Now in Lakewood, Co, does not do well with children. The Dentist, relies heavily on her interns doing a great deal of the work, including treatments they're unqualified to do. They advertise a pretty little girl smiling in their office, yet they do not hanlde children well at all. My child had two extractions and it was a traumatic experience in that office from the beginning. I had to help one of the "assistant's" with his tools while he tried to fill a cavity (which he should not have been doing). Then two spacers were needed and the Dentist didn't do a good job fitting one of the spacers as it came out that evening. All the Dentist was concerned about was us getting out of her office. I had to return on her schedule. I asked if she could stay a few minutes over to take care of the spacer and she told me she couldn't do that! And yes, the spacer came out again today. I would think twice about receiving treatment from this facility. It's a ship em in ship em out environment. I knew the spacer would come out again. So now I'm off to a Pediatric Dentist who is truly qualified to "treat" children. I'm hoping they can reverse the trauma my little one experienced at Bright Now in Lakewood, CO!!! I chose Bright Now because I had to, they were on my dental plan and close to my child's school. Big Mistake. I'll do the long drive to get good dental care!
