Adequate care, POOR customer service: I have never experienced this level of poor customer service and lack of empathy in my life. We have dental insurance and used Brident as they were the closest facility to us that was on our plan. Not helpful wasted whole day for appointment and the front desk had no clue what my discount plan was and acted like she had not heard of it. Took two people to just figure out that I did have a plan they could use. Then they had no direct number to contact my plan to show I was eligible. I asked if I could just pay out cash because I had to see a dentis and they said no.

Great place great people great work, they will finance if needed, I got complete dentures, great job, love my new teeth.

Well I heard so many bad things about this place but it was the only place I found that took my insurance so went anyway! I was pleasantly surprised very careing staff and yes they were like ok here goes got it done fast with minimal pain. When they were done yes they were done with me practically ushered me out the door but honestly I'm fine with that some might want to stay and ask questions...
