Very rude and not inviting. Complained that they felt we had to many people at our appointment. Not good seating and no platform to show bride off to mother's of the bride. Insulted the bride-to-be by stating that if any bride tries on more than 5 dresses, she is just playing a game. Never smiled or engaged in eye contact. I purchased a dress fron the owner Vera who at the time was nice and willing to take my money. Then when I got the dress home I got to thinking that I did not have time to alter it myself.
