Great apartments. Been here for a couple months and still trying to figure out why rent is so low! Close to the university which is great because that's where me and my roommate spend a lot of time. Definitely recommend.

These APARTMENTS are in a really bad part of town and the management just adds to the problems. He called me a N****R to my face and said that if I didn't like it I could get out. My family moved out as soon as we could.

dangerous neighborhood

My mom and I just moved out the neighborhood is so bad. We signed a year lease and after 7 months we could not take anymore. We paid for the final 5 months in advance and signed a notice to vacate and moved out. This place is really bad. I got the feeling the manager (mr. Lyons) was selling something besides cheap apartments.
