I worked there and the manager Jessica is an evil person. I worked hard, NEVER was late for my shifts, always accepted my shifts. She treated others favored over me. She wronged me and hurt me and my family. Im trying to get prepared for my wedding and she did this nasty, evil to me and my family. Please dont go or work for this company. They didnt treat me well and i wasnt acknowledged there...

I went to visit a dear friends grandmother and OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I walked into the hallways that led to granny;s Room and of course the halls wreaked with urine and ungodly odors..I entered Granny's room and there she sat on her bed and OMG the smell was horrific Her room mate stated she had sat there on her bed in a pool of urine and her own feces since 7 20 am...This is inhumane ....We turned heads when I got through with the administrator and the RN as well as other officials that should take pride in what they do.....That was not the case they do not...

My father was just discharged from Brian Center of Mooresville. I am writing to let everyone know how happy I was with our experience.

Your therapy staff is excellent, kind and encouraging. My dad likes all his therapist. There were many CNA's who just lifted my Dad's spirit every time he say them. I left a list of those I wanted to be recognized.

Keep up the good work.
