I like living at Brentwood. The location is the best in Mooresville (for my needs) close to the interstate and all the main places I go in town). The apartments are basic but the price is low. My neighbors are nice and the office is very helpful. They take complaints very seriously which I love. The only thing that I did'nt like is how strict they are on background checks. In all honesty I like the apartment complex it's a very nice place to live, but it could use some work. It's a little run down and old in my opinion. All staff members are friendly and nice. The maintenance men are very attentive and come out for any problem. The swimming pool is nice and clean just a little aged.

For the price and the proximity to the Lake it was a good deal. Nice Facilities and the maintenance staff has a prompt response time.
