Hands down the most professional delivery service I have ever used.Impeccable time sensitive customer service and THEY TELL THE TRUTH, if they cant deliver (weather etc..) per my expectations,they say so.I have used other services and hands down breakaway is the answer each and every time.

The absolute worst courier service in NYC. They are rude, incompetent, and always manage to screw up even the simplest of orders. Never work with this company!

HORRIBLE! if it isnt perfect weather and a straight simple to the point pick up from location A to B they don't want any part of it. I call when its snowing and/or raining and was told they can't do a rush order at all; this happens on a constant basis not just a one time thing. If it's a multiple stop expect a sigh …
