!!TERRIBLE!! UNACCEPTABLE!! 10:30 appointment 12/13. Waited an hour and still nothing. Been a customer for 8 years bringing all the rescues here and never had ANY issues until. I am sad to hear that they do not value the lives of all animals. They are in this only for profit and only treat the animals that make them the most money. They are right up there with the corporate animal farms. They will not treat my pet because it is a mouse. The tone of the lady on the phone clearly indicates that mice are disgusting to her. Today was my first time coming in, and I was very satisfied! Joy the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Dr. D was great ! He took care of my cat Carley. He was very caring and personable. I will definitely be coming here from now on!
