I purchased several pieces from this place - an entire bedroom suite and a living room couch. They conned me into thinking it was high quality stuff, but one week into owning it, I noticed the dresser drawers squeaking and hanging up when I tried to open them; the musty, wet, warehouse smell wouldn't come out of the couch; and the bed's head board broke. I called for their "warranty" and they don't have a warranty on anything they sell. I spent way too much time trying to deal with this place and I am out over $3,000 now as a result. Don't make the same mistake!
One of those stores every town needs. Old building, so obvious low overhead which is reflected in their fabulous prices. Especially on special order Bassett furniture. Can't be beat! Lots of one of a kind, unique pieces all through the store.
This is a direct attack and "slander" going on by our competitor. Look at all the complaint dates so close together.
Brawley furniture never contacts you back. I have emailed twice in the past two weeks with a question and haven't so much as received a response. I'm taking my business elsewhere!
