Bought a open box model over the range microwave that was shrink wrapped and sealed so we thought we were getting a good deal. Get it home and install it only to discover that the plate and the support for the plate are missing. Call manager and he tells us to come back to get the plate. No support offered. In my opinion these jerks cheated me. I bought a VERY cheap microwave for my shop. When I went to checkout she said the price shown on the floor was only with a mail in rebate; so I asked how much the rebate was.
