They did over $1000 worth of repairs on our built in refrigerator and in less than 15 months the refrigerator is broke again and because it is 3 months past the one year mark of their service they will not even come and look at the refrigerator without charging us a fee. The customer service desk was rude and not helpful and would not transfer me to an a director or higher level.

We had a water leak in our refrigerator and called Brand Source to fix the problem. Tim came out the next day and was prompt, courteous and knowledgable. We are very happy with the experience and will be calling Brand Source for our next appliance repair.

Might as well not have any warranty at all. This company contracts with warranty companies and Factory Appliance Outlet to perform work. Our dishwasher broke 2 years into a 10 year warranty. This company was as requested over 1.5 months to fix it and still did not. So instead of waiting for them to never show up, we ended up buying a new one.
