Yes, the grounds are lovely. The pools are nice to have, and in general the apartments are kept up. However, they raise prices constantly- I've watched them jump several times on their website since moving in, and even when comparing with similar quality and size of other complexes, they really are overdoing it.

I would NOT RECOMMEND living in these apartments. The property managers are horrible to work with and are not flexible. ...At one time this was a great place to call home, but now Aimco owns the property and it is so corporate you can't get support at all.See More
The place is infested with roaches and centipedes. Terrible management and for being dump as it is, apartments are way overpriced! Also numerous break ins with management providing any security. Maintance suck big time, I had to call in twice for the same problem and still they could not fix anything.
