This building has convenience for the area of being close to downtown and the airport. Prices are unreasonable for what you get out of it. Maintenance takes months to come, and that's if they show up. The staff is really friendly but don't really care about their jobs or facilities. the rent should be about 30% less for the age of the building and nothing undergoing upkeep.

Nice apartments: lots of natural light, low utility bills, and responsive management when things need to be fixed. The only ongoing problem we've experienced is that the call boxes haven't worked since we moved in, with no fix in sight. Pretty darn inconvenient when you live on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Rates fluctuate daily, and are ay by their company algorithm, so get a quote in writing if...
