I booked a 4am reservation for a car to pick me up in Wayland and take me to Logan Airport. At 4:15am, I called to find out where the car was. No one answered the comoany's ""24 hour hotline."" I left a message and never heard back.

I drove myself to the airport, but not surprisingly, missed my flight. The next available flight to my destination was not until the next day. I paid the $150 change fee, plus an incremental $310 to the airline (because the fare had increased.)

WORST RIP OFF/ COMPLETE FRAUD

I can't give it a negative ten, so this will have to do. First, their information on the website is misleading (regarding services and prices) and second, the man who ""runs"" the service is a complete con. I contacted them because I wanted them to clarify some of their pricing for services before I consented to using their company. He asked for my credit card (yes, that is a maximus mea culpa on my part) and I immediately stressed to him that I did NOT want to consent to using his services yet and I was still pricing around different companies.
