We had some gutter work needed for our home in Pleasanton. Randy Williams came out to give us a bid. Randy was very nice and provided us a bid in a timely fashion. For this, I can award one-star. When it came to do the actual work, he did not show up on the days we agreed. No phone call. After …

We were very pleased with the timely manner in which Randy replied to our service magic request regarding gutters and downspouts. Within ONE week, we had a written estimate to which we replied and accepted and the work was done a few days later. The project turned out perfect and the work done was very professional! We're very happy with our new gutters and downspouts!

Very professional organization -- all work was done on timely basis -- one surprise was dry rot but it was promptly taken care -- very happy with results and would recommend company to friends.

Arrived on time and performed work to satisfaction. The estimator was very helpful and knowledgeable. Final price came well below estimate of repairs. I would use them again.
