Moved a Bosr Surround Sound System from one house to another.I used non-Bosespeaker wire that required an adaption kit to work with the Bose Base System.After going all over town looking for a way to patch the system, this store had a special conversion kit.The employees at the store knew exactly what I needed and how to solve the issue.They were extremely helpful and expert!

Very nice show room with all the cool gadgets. Excellent customer service. I was able to upgrade my noise cancellation head set.

Went back into this store today- our Bose system is no longer working- we needed the technical number to call up and get some assistance. The shop assistant was snooty and acted like we had asked him to run around the store naked. I guess he was annoyed we were not buying! How can a store go from 5 star to 1 star? By having absolutely useless service!

I have gone in hear twice to replace my earbuds and they have replaced them no questions asked. Bose is expensive but it is money well spent. Do not hesitate to go with Bose.
