They charged me for the diagnostic, took the T module apart, Joseph the technician said he will fix it, he never did and he returned the old part and caused more damaged to the T module, bad customer service, bad communication skills, they do not speak English, they trashed my TV, their license to be in business shall be revoked, consumers be alert of this TV repair shop. My nightmare came true...

I gave him a garmin navigator to repair. the power on button was not working. rather than calling me to tell me he did not know how to open the device he cracked it open. he was a week late and he gave me back a cracked, bent and scratched device that he held together with scotch tape. he told me that he had fixed it but when i tried to turn it on it still did not work. he mumbled something...
