We scheduled for a quote from this place and decided on a time. The guy called us when it was 15 minutes before the appointment time to tell us he had to reschedule for the next day. No problem, so we rescheduled for the next day and he calls us 50 minutes after the appointment time to ask if we were home!! YES WE WERE HOME, WE WERE WAITING FOR HIM! We were about to leave to do some shopping...
