I have been a patient of Dr Paterson's for almost 20 years. He is the best doctor I have had. I have total confidence in his opinions and care. He is easy to talk with, and very helpful getting specialist scheduled when needed. He is always prompt with my appointments.

Dr. Paterson is very knowledgeable and is able to weigh the benefits of newer technologies and medicines against tried and true practices. He puts a lot of care into his decisions regarding patient care. Excellent doctor and an excellent person.

One of the worst doctors in the Duke Healthcare system. Dr Meredith blew off my symptoms, and did not address etither the cause or the cure for the condition And it was a very common condition: bursitis in my elbow. He said just take aspirin I asked how long I should take aspirin? He said, well just KEEP taking it. So I said, you don't know what it is, but I should just take aspirin forever?...
