Help us make it rightWhen this shop 1st opened i used to get me hair done faithfully! Spending a lot of money! Getting my hair done every 3 to 4 months for over just abt 2 year, and i was very satisfied with the service and quality of the braiding. However, as the owners business began to grow the level of service provided and quality of the braids went down. The last time i went to have my hair braided the owner changed my braider at the last minute and the braids were coming out within a few days of the braids been done, so when i arrived with my complaint the owner got very upset and stated that i was only complaining because she was from africa. When i explained that i was the some race as her, she went into a rage stating that i wasnt afro american... I was mexicain or something else i informed her that i would be calling the better business buereau to inform them of her conduct and i left the business leaving my 8 years toy behind and we were remembered by the toy been thrown out the door....... I dont know what to say other then dont complain about the poor job been done even tho you are spending of 125.00 on the work!!!...:(
