By far some of the best yoga classes in the area. If you get a chance to check it out, stop down for Laura's classes on tues or thurs. Excellent hands on instruction. A great work out facility , includes all your basic needs, life fitness, hammer strength and free weights. Never any wait for cardio equiptment and never any hastle or high pressure from the staff. Hands down a place to feel comfortable and just get a great work out in.

Pros

+ The owner is always there working hands on in the gym. Staff is high spirited and fun.

Good basic gym that caters to the downtown nine-to-fiver. I like how the main room lets in a lot of natural light, making it a lot more pleasant than the local chain gym. The staff is very personable…
