Information about this business (1)

Brooklyn's coolest gym, inside a gorgeous old bank building, will help you get those toned abs and great legs you promised yourself last year. They open extra early on weekdays 5:30am and stay open late after work, so you'll have no excuse not to get your butt in there and take advantage of a full floor plus a balcony of great machines and weights. If classes are more your style (peer...

Nothing fancy. It's a standard gym. Equipment works. I take the yoga and pilates classes and they are fantastic. All the instructors have different styles but they are all very knowledgeable, patient and welcoming.

I really like it. It accommodates all my needs... from weight lifting equipment to great personal trainers to cardio equipment to spin to a exceptionally good yoga teacher. All in all I would highly recommend it.

Love this gym. The group of guys that run this place are the kindest, most patient gym people ever. I never feel swindled or pressured to buy or do more, etc. They run membership deals all the...

Great gym. No frills and if you are a serious workout person, this is a great spot. The owner is so cool, so easy going and remembers his partins. I use this gym when im house sitting in BK and quite honestly find it to be the best place- no hipsters, no baby strollers, no bougie attitudes, just folks taking care of their health.
