Amazing gym, staff and most of all ownership. The owner Tony is very well vested in the overall well being of each and every member. Alicia the Manager and trainer as well is really take pride in what she does and is very confident. Justin and Crystal the two front desk employees are truly phenomenal. If your in town or looking for a gym this is the place to be. Memberships are very affordable....

Love this gym! The staff is awesome and it feels like a community where we have similar goals...simple and down to earth environment

Excellent gym. I've been a member since 2005 before the expansion. Big classroom with great classes. The spin class is excellent and the teacher makes you keep coming back for more. The owner and staff are professional, friendly and always willing to help. If you need a personal trainer or just want to work out on your own I highly recommend this gym.

Cancelled membership for obvious reasons - mainly you do not get what you pay for. Let's not even discuss the towel police. Stamp/label your towels if it's that big a deal.
