Do not be fooled. This place is an absolute ripoff for the money. Idk where to begin. Lived there 3 years. I'll start off with the only good part. The maintenance staff couldn't be nicer. But let's face it, if I know them on a first name basis, what's that to say about the property? In my 3 years, my upstairs tub FELL THROUGH THE CEILING OF MY DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM (they just re drywalled the ceiling, didn't bother to paint it. An out sourced repairman dropped the tub as he carried it out and put a hole in the wall not to be fixed either), both sliding glass doors leaked to the point of moldy...
