We spent $4700 for a new system - condenser and handler. The installers ruined the trim and cover to the attic crawl space. They set the blower for the 4 ton unit to a 5 ton setting causing it to blew too strong and too loud. The unit broke hours after they left. The next day, a handyman came to fix the damaged crawl entrance. His work was average and he was not able to paint as he did not have paint with him and could not paint because they had to come to service the unit. The serviceman came to fix the unit and said it was a factory defect. He spent 4 hours and fixed it. It worked...
