When I went to this lot they sold me a car after about 5 hours. They swore up and down that the apr would not change, unless it went down. They called me back in and forced me to sign a new contract with a much higher apr. When i asked them why it went up they said oh sometimes that happens. Also they had changed the price of the vehicle, and taken my warranty off of the contract. They then called me back in to sign another new contract!! The service was horrible. And it was women!! This is now Bob Baker's Better Way Service Center. The staff was not friendly, the shuttle took twice as long as I was told (made me late to work), not only was my car not washed - they left trash in my car as well. I will NOT be going back.

Higher initial estimate than other Ford stores for the same repair but they were closer. They must have more customers than they need because they were not very helpful.
