Like the previous poster, these filters do not seem to work as advertised. I have had other electrostatic units which do collect dust etc. The BoAir one I have had for 2 years rinses clear water. No responses to my inquiries to the company.

WORKS FINE ON MY SYSTEM

I took the actual measurements. 3 times to be sure and wrote it down. I ordered 2 for my system and they work fine. nice tight fit and the filtration is just fine. The fit is what is key to the filter. Any gaps of the smalles size and the air just bypasses the filter no matter whose brand it is. I have since installed a new system and will be ordering 2 new filters for the new system as it uses...

Finally, the dealer has called me back and said that if I mail the filters back, he will give a complete refund to my credit card.  All I will be out is the mailing cost.I have returned the filters.  I'm waiting to see if I get my refund.
