I just hate Blue Shield of California. They keep raising their premium, regardless if you get sick a lot of not. I need to find another insurance company...

good luck trying to find someone to talk to! the automated system is a crap, it hangs up on you all the time! all i want is group insurance information and the only options they have on the recording is a dial by name directory and give an extension... how the hell am i supposed to know who works there by name if i am trying to get information???
