I am very unsatisfied with the way I was treated, due to a problem with my dental insurance. I have dental insurance, and pay it every month, but was surprised when I received a bill. The service was excellent. The technician that cleaned my teeth was very knowledgable and helped me understand what the next step would be. I am very pleased with how she handled everything.

I have insurance but upcoming bridge work not covered and I'm paying out of pocket when the bridge work is done. But it would be nice if I still got the "preferred rate" that insurance companies pay...

State of the art service with a smile. I walked in the door as a new patient and received an appointment for 2 hours later. Friendly administrative personnel and dental staff. They had new equipment and knowledgable employees.

I was disappointed with this last visit due to the emphasis of the hygienist on a past procedure that your business did not bill my insurance timely. This was not my fault but I heard about it the entire visit. Also the hygienist was very negative in that she basically told me I brushed all my gum tissue away.
