This company reflects the attitude of its' management which is definitely not customer oriented. Every issue is always complicated by some issue involving some customer responsibility. This place has the worst and rudest customer service of any company with whom I have ever done business. If you can find a different gas company, please do! Talked to two separate women and they did nothing but argue even though we tried to explain what had happened and tried to rectify the situation. One of the women even told me we did not have an account with the company! After 30 years...

poor customer service and bookkeeping

I have been dealing with this company for 5 months now trying to get a billing error of more than $350.00 cleared up. I have 2 tanks. This company's serviceman came out and told me not to use one of the tanks due to a cutoff valve problem. Unfortunately, he did not flag the tack (as we were told by someone else) as he should have.
