Help us make it rightAn Atlanta Landmark. Located in the heart of Midtown’s Gayborhood!
Blake’s on the Park opened in 1988 at the corner of 10th and Peachtree and moved to its current location, 227 10th Street, in 1990. It has been Midtown’s favorite neighborhood bar ever since.
La Buona Vita is a genuine trattoria Italiana serving authentic dishes brought straight from the old country. We offer an extensive menu for dinner and our specials guarantee something new and intriguing every day. The friendly staff make dining at La Buona Vita an informal and confortable experience. Chef Angelo will often drop by your table to hear what you think of the food.
Blake's has been around forever, and I've never had a bad time there. Great mix of people and friendly staff. Whenever friends visit from out-of-town, I always take them to Blake's for a good time.
In Short
Blake's, which boasts some of the cutest and friendliest bartenders in town, holds strong as the neighborhood boy bar, located a stone's throw from Piedmont Park and a few steps...
Not too far from Piedmont Park in Midtown, you'll find this landmark: a friendly, mostly gay bar that's popular with locals. A few doors away on Monroe Drive is Outwrite Bookstore & Coffeehouse, another pleasant gay and lesbian hangout.
Blake's is a fun place to visit during the week when it's not crowded. On Friday and Saturday nights it's so packed you can't live without stepping on people or getting a drink spilled on … Blake's is a fun place to visit during the week when it's not crowded. Complementary valet parking. Excellent service. 2 levels with great music. Only a few bathrooms in which were all dark and super dirty.
it was cute, bartenders were fun, drag show was pretty cute and the Chinese food I ordered was amazing. only problem was it was so tiny in there!
blakes on the park is a staple in the atlanta LGBT community. I have been going to this bar…
If you think tiny little plastic cups are worth $5 (for a basic drink) and a bar-tender who doesn't even see you unless you wave a $20, DON'T GO HERE! Known for the drag shows - WITH NO STAGE - and expect to stand the ENTIRE NIGHT. If you're over 30, don't bother going alone.
Blake's can be found at 10th St Ne 227. The following is offered: Bars & Pubs. The entry is present with us since Sep 8, 2010 and was last updated on Nov 12, 2013. In Atlanta there are 93 other Bars & Pubs. An overview can be found here.
Gay Clubs: A location near Piedmont Park, floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on 10th Street, and a friendly, casual vibe distinguish this neighborhood bar, whose clientele is largely gay. For many years, Blake's has been a top place to socialize, have a drink, and check out other attractive patrons before heading to late-night dance clubs. Shaking up the regular goings-on are frequent drag...
Multi-level neighborhood bar offers a friendly atmosphere with powerful music but no dance floor. No cover charge.
Located just seconds away from the Piedmont Park, Blake's on the Park is a refreshingly different bar. The good-looking bartenders delight guests with their antics and mix some really sensational drinks. Featuring weekly events and themed nights, this place is a hot-spot during the early evenings. Mingle with a crowd of 20-somethings, as the DJ reckons every one in the house to show their best...

When to Go: On Wednesday nights, starting at 10pm, the go-go dancers from Swinging Richard's perform at Blake's. The Sunday evening drag shows are the stuff of legend and draw a gaggle of guys to cap the weekend.
