The staff is always friendly and the veterinarians seem knowledgeable. They have good online resources and records and their scheduling is efficient and accommodating. They follow up after each appointment and make sure your pet is doing OK.

I brought our dog in after he became sick on a road trip. I had called Blackbob on the way home, and as soon as we walked in the door we got into a room and saw the vet tech. Soon afterward Dr. Hughes came into the room, did an exam, listened to my thoughts, then ran a fecal test.
