I hired James of Black Cat Flooring to do my hardwood floors based on great reviews. What a mistake! He completed the kitchen, dining room, living room and hallway, but on the third coat left really thick coats of seal all over so I have yellow streaks all over my floor. He arranged to come out and fix it and also to do my smaller downstairs room. He also put the hardwood in the next room and then never came back to sand it or seal it. After several attempts of calling him and setting appointments that he didn't show up for, I've had to get estimates to finish what he didn't. I only...
