I had breakfast at Black Bear Diner in Vacaville and was pleased. The food was good and the portions were generous. The cost is average. The customer service was average. The restaurant was clean and inviting, Yes, I would go back for another breakfast!

Black Bear is a definite family diner. Lots of space, decent menu with healthy options and portions. We ate at different Black Bears because they are a chain in Western CA. All of them had consistently satisfying food. The service is friendly and efficient.

i really feel that black bear is overpriced for the food and the service kinda sucks, there are many other restaurants i would rather go to in vacaville.
