The chairs arrived but the plastic covers on the legs were all broken. The chairs are for outdoor use and cheap plastic covers will NOT work. The box they were shipped in was not very sturdy. Will NOT use this company again. Very disappointed.

I was having problems with the shipper get the chairs delivered, so, I called Bizchair customer service. The csr told me that I had to coordinate with the shipper and they could not help me, "I had to contact them directly". My last order with Bizchair...
Like the chairs, but they shipped them to the wrong location, so I had to go pick them up at the wrong location. BizChair blamed FedEx, FedEx said talk to BizChair, and I got to drive an hour to retrieve my chairs. The way they were packaged, they showed up with the legs poking through the boxes, and all scratched up. Wouldn't order through them again.
