They were very quick at fixing a problem so I was only without my vehicle for a day. Rich kept me informed about the problem and how to remedy the problem. Had to get car towed in but they were very accommodating

As always my experience at Birch Tire was "first rate"! I have been going there over 30 years and in hundreds of visits I have always found Rich and "crew" to be courteous...knowledgeable...fair...and pleasant to deal with.
