Initially was pleased when the rep could come out the next day and give me a quote. Waited 3 weeks for two, half panels of glass for my shower. Took the day off for installation only to find that when the rep had transferred the measurements to the glass cutter he had written them down wrong and it was too long. They had to order, another two weeks, another day off of work. They put a rush on...
