Very conservative, never tries selling a procedure that is not necessary. Excellent technical skills. Dr Bilotti administers numbing shots so effectively, there is little to no pain. Very personnable, friendly and caring. I am 66 and have had a bunch of dental procedures over my life-Dr Bilotti is the best in the business.
