Bill is an eccentric but does quality work. He is recommended by one of the most distiquished piano dealers in the county, so he must be pretty good. Carnes Piano in San Jose has utilized his services and what they say is substantative, If they can recommend him then he must be reputable and produce a quality job. Carnes has Shigeru, Steinway, Seiler art case pianos and of course the Bluthner...
