When I brought my bike in for service I was very impressed by the level of professionalism that exudes from this dealership and it's personell. From start to finish every detail was excellent. My bike was ready ahead of schedule and because parts for my bike were less expensive than a typical big twin I was even suprised to see a discount on my service ticket. It sure is nice to do business with honest folks. You'd have to be an idiot not to have a great experience here!

When my wife and i came in to ""The Dream"" as many refer to it as, it was amazing! within 3 steps someone actually says hi how are you! can we help you today. The massive selection of Motorcycles is unbelievable! The salesman there knew everything down to the last bolt on every bike there. They had some pretty neat clothing that was not at department store prices. I noticed when i was speaking with a gentleman that the Parts & Service department was very busy - he said its because everyone comes to Bikers Dream of Atlanta because they service Harley Davidsons too..

Customer Service was horrible. Had a warranty problem with a motor and ended up having to pay for some repairs while under warranty. After I got my chopper back, it had a fire. It was due to the mechanic grounding my starter wire and caused oil lines to melt and catch on fire. Also they did not put a spacer back in the rear wheel when they reinstalled. Rear wheel was loose and wobbling. If you take your bike here for service make sure you take it somewhere else after to have the work checked. Service manager told me to get rid of the oil leak, I should sell it!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm...
