Help us make it right
I was driving from my office on Shoreline, which is only around 10 miles away, and gave myself what I thought would be enough time to arrive their suggested 15 minutes early. My brother was attending the class with me, and was going to meet me there. He arrived early, and when I called him to let him know that I had hit some very heavy traffic a few miles away and to let the instructor know, I thought that that would be the end of it. Instead, the instructor closes and locks the door on my brother, who is telling the instructor at this point that I'm right around the corner coming in.
I immediately write an email to Gerard, who tells me that it is policy to lock the doors on students at the start of the class. He also tells me that I am welcome to pay a $40 fee to attend at a later date, but that I would have to show up to the class and hope that there is room for me.
I am still in the process of working with Gerard on rescheduling, so it's not too late for them to impress me. At this point, I couldn't recommend this class to anyone, no matter the quality. Customer service appears to mean far less than a $40 fee to Gerard.
This place is very unprofessional and rude. DO NOT go here. I've spoken with others who have disliked it also. I greatly regret not researching their reputation before signing up with them.
Don't say I didn't warn you...if you like to flush money down the toilet...go ahead. Bikesmart Motorcycle is your place.
Do you want your motorcycle license? If so...don't go to these people, their tests are almost as unfair as the DMV...they MAKE you fail on purpose...cause guess what...you make them more money the next time you sign up for their stupid so called "course" but then...wow....you pass this time...even though YOU DID THE SAME DAMN THING AS THE 1ST TIME. BIG RIPOFF! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! and are rude to boot!
