We recently purchased tires and wheels for two new cars from this business. The wheels and snow tires had to be special ordered, and the sales staff were great to work with. When the new wheels and tires arrived, we had them mounted on the first car in the morning. This went wonderfully; the old set of wheels with snow tires were put into clean bags, and loaded into the back of the car...

Quality work at a very fair price. What more can you ask for? I have all my tire work and maintenance work for my work trucks done here. I have never been disappointed.

I was so impress by the service that I received: from the time I called to get a quote to walking out the door. I called a few of the well known tier stores to match price tiers, and I was hesitant in calling Big-o since I wasn’t impressed with the service I had received in years past from this location. Little did I know, it is now under new management.

Staff is very friendly and personable. Was expecting a call on a few items/quotes, but they just did the oil change and gave me prices on other services when I came back to pay. It was within 2 hours of closing, so I doubt service could have been done same day anyways.
