My husband and I stopped by Big D 3 weeks ago and talked to a gentleman and he said he would get back with us....give us a call and an estimate. Two weeks later he called on a Friday and said he would call us on Monday to set up an appointment...Well, I stayed home all day waiting for a call. Today is Tuesday and still no call. Big D is not reliable at all.
