I ordered a ceiling fan for my sons room. Once I received it I discovered it was cheaply made and was totally an inferior product. Not at all as described in their website. I returned it within the short time frame they allow and have still not received a refund. I emailed them at least 5 times and was told they would check on the status and get back to me. I finally got nowhere with the gal...
